Actually, the dealer that is nearest to me is terrible. The one I use is a bit further away, but is top notch.

mine does....... I had to make an appointment (which they didn't have an opening for 2 weeks), then my bike sat for 10 days after i got it there. Problem becasue they didnt want to do the recall work.....

Plus they scratched my bike........then my friend (who only works on my bike now) had to redo stuff they failed to do/finish.

I'll never take it in again until it's for recalls/etc........

Mine scratched my bags on my 06 SE Ultra took them 1 year to get the problem resolved.

only use them if i have to...find a good one and support your local indie and buy him a beer...usually lower $ too

The local one I buy parts and stuff from and perhaps they've changed there disposition from a couple years ago, I don't know. I go to another one about 1 hour plus away for mechanical. Its a bit out of the way but worth it and a nice ride.

mine is real good and the hours are always convienient...even get to eat a meal there every now and then...the motorclothes girls are&nbsp\\; the best around...I welcome anybody to try them it is worth the drive.&nbsp\\; Like their slogan...youve been to&nbsp\\;the rest, now come ride with the best, Indywest.&nbsp\\; Exit 66 off I70 in&nbsp\\;Plainfield,&nbsp\\;IN.
