Where can I get the anniversary copper paint? The dealer says they can only get it in a touch up pen or an arosol. I want to paint my inner fairing and possibly paint match my controls as well. Haven't decided for sure on the last one yet.
I have looked on line and found other HD colors but not the anniversary copper color. Still kinda new I guess.
I'm going to check the local body shop and see if they can match it but I don'tplan to havethem paint it so I don't know how helpful they will want to be.
ORIGINAL: Peppa1
Duracell, I think I would think twice about the controls also, that may be getting just a bit much, IMO !!
Ditto.
Isnt there a paint code tag under the tank on the right hand side? ontop of the intake area?
Check it out. I would but Im currently in another country.
The dealer can also sell you quarts. The paint codes are not on the bike and HD is very protective of thier colors. Best thing to do if you dont want to pay the HD price (very proud by the way) is to take a side cover off and have it analyzed. And if and when you do that, let the rest of us know who the shop was so we can also purchase the paint.
