Stock wheels

I have a 07 EGC and was wondering what is good to clean the stock wheels. Will never dull hurt them?

i use zep foaming glass cleaner then use turtle wax platinum to finish. makes the black almost match my paint.

What about the alumium part of the wheels. I have stains on mine i guess from washing it.

Super fine steel wool does the job.
