You should not have any problems with altitude. Just remember all engines lose hp in the thin air unless turbo or supercharged. Do you have any mpg figures with the new setup yet?

You have a great combination of products there and you shouldn't have any problems at all. That's the beauty of EFI versus carburetor. Altitude should have little to no affect on your bike. Good luck with your set up !!!

I had that same combo (but with a SE Stage 1 Intake) on my '07 Road King and consistently averaged 42 mpg in mixed freeway and surface street riding. Highest elevation I ever rode was 4800 ft, but the engine performed fine.

I noticed about a 15deg drop in temps after the Fuelpak, pipes, and A/C. I then installed the HD premium oil cooler and seen another 20deg drop in temps on 95 deg days.
