Sometimes is alot of fun to wrench in your own bike, I do alot of the installs my self, the only thing I have not tried yet is internal engine work, but i just might....

I was just messing with ya. Buy whatever you WANT. You and the Mrs. will be happy with whatever you choose. Heck, me and my little bride just walk out to the stable and stare at mine, like a newborn baby.

Installed all of those myself. Easy to do, just take your time and follow the instructions. Once you get one side of the QD kit on the bike, the other side goes fairly quickly.

You might be wantin to know where the wiring harness is if your runnin lights. It's under your left side cover, wire tied up.

If you can wait to do this mod, you owe it to yourself to shop around for your parts. Try Chicago HD or Zanottis. Even with S/H they are cheaper.
