Default Machining/lowering air shocks

Add in Craigs list, 3 days turnaround, what do you think ?"Will custom lower your air shocks from 1" to 2" or more. This requires machining to some internal parts. It is the only way to properly lower your bike and retain the stock collapse height and spring rate. That means your tire will never rub your fender and the ride quality is retained. I do not have any for sale out rite. Send me your shocks and you will get your shocks back."
Cost $125 plus shipping.
Email me for more info.
SHOCK KING.

What precautions have you taken for liability? Are you incorporated?

Probably didn't make it clear enough, sorry, my fault. It is an add I pulled off Craigs list, Iwas asking for input on the procedure they talk about, is it feasable, anybody done anything like this. Thanks
