Default 01 Ultra Front Spring Rate

Is anyone using the Race Tech springs and gold valve? On the website when using the spring rate calculator for my little a$$ (160lbs) it is saying 1.14 kg/mm..... The stocks are 0.82 kg/mm.. I see a few older threads on here with heavier people saying they used .95 and 1.0. I don't want it sport bike firm so I was thinking of going with the .95. Any thoughts from any of the experts on here? Also any input on spring preload would be great, another topic with mixed answers lol.
