I got my HK radio replaced under warranty. I just put it in and it say "radio not calibrated" and beeps 3 times. everything works otherwise. (just keeps f 'ing beeping) I went into diag and there is a calibration mode and it says "no region."&nbsp\\;I can't get it to change to any region. Anyone know how to do this? Any help is appreciated

needs to be programmed at the dealer. should have been done when they installed it. takes 20 min.

 

I put the new one in myself. he Srvice dept let me just bring in the old one, then gave me the new one when it came in. I re-updated the software (8.19) and that didn't take care of it. What has to be done to program it?

its a program only the dealer has. alows storage of radio stations take it in should cost about 40$ to program the radio

 

If its under warranty it should cost about nothing! The service dept should have never let this happen, take it to the dealer and have them take care of it.

+1&nbsp\\;on that, called this morning. The tech just happened to be there at the desk. He said yep, has to be calibrated, just bring it any and he'll take care of it right then and there. Can't ask for any more thanthat....They way it should be.&nbsp\\; \\;-)
