Sorry to hear about that. \\;
 \\;
Dealers have to make a living too. \\; Have you ever removed a rear wheel yourself? \\; If you have, then you know how long it takes. \\;For me, a tire replacement is almost 2 hrs. to include belt tension check, torque of rear axle to spec, and road test.
 \\;
I know they asked if \\;you wanted it fixed they have to\\; you had the option of saying "no", going down the road \\;and fixing it yourself.
 \\;
You "screwed" yourself. \\; Sorry, just sayin'

RE: Feelin' Screwed
First of all, did you actually see the screw? Secondly, they overpriced the repair. I just had a new slim w/w Dunlop installed on the rear of my '07 Electra Glide at Petersons HD in Miami. 45 minutes (including an excellent wash job) for $192 including balancing, new stem, and all taxes.
 \\;
Petersons is the only "real deal" dealer in SE Florida. The other 3 are all Rossmeyer dealers, and they are almost criminal in every aspect of their operations.
