HD Fog Lights Don't Work???

Okay, I had the dealer install the fog lights when the bike was in for some work. He did a great job hiding the wires and insulating them going through the crash bars and wiring to the left toggle switch. All of a sudden they stopped working. I checked the fuse today and pulled one of the lights to check the bulb which was fine. Tightened the ground in the light on one side... did not remove the other which I will do next and check. Any thoughts how to find the problem?

I hope he internally wired it without issue. I am getting fog lights put on my 09 SG this week and am thinking of putting the wires inside the engine guard. Hope you find the problem.

Yeah, that's what I will do, unless I can track it down. I don't want the bike down during this time of year.... Need some other suggestions.

if you have a good bulb, positive electricity, negative ground, and a good switch then you must have light.

Okay, I agree, now how do you test?
The bulbs appear good...

find a buddy with a multi meter, and start tracing voltage.

hit the socket / base inside the bulb socket, and check ground and Voltage there

maybe push a needle into the wires going into the guard, and check for voltage/ground there.

use a battery charger to test bulbs, or check for continuity across bulb leads.
