Always wanted a custom till I got one.
There is just something about being able to get parts at any h-d stealer. |
Wonder what the price is...
I bet it's a lot more than a SG.
Thats a nice lookin bike, but Im sure you could buy 2 or 3 Street Glides for what it costs.
Thay had one at the S&S party up here........$54k was what it was marked....
Way too steep for me, but it is really a nice bike.
Kinda clownish...like the Thunder Mountain ones a bit better.
That's not bad, but I would put jskwarek's RK against it anyday. I think his would wear that one out hands down.
looks alot like a street glide with solo seat and corbin bags.....
dont like the bags, too many jap bikes with them
I dont like the looks of the bike at all, but I would like to have that engine and trans sitting on the shelf waiting for a frame!
The only thing good (?) about the bike is the motor, and that is still an unknown. The batwing is a Dragonfly POS. To me a SE Ultra for $20,000 less is a much better deal. Plus you have that good old HD reliability.
Here's the bike at Daytona last March. http://photos.imageevent.com/arp1/bi.../IMG_1369A.jpg |
gawd I want 1
Nice looking bike just not for me. It doesn't look like a bike I'd want to ride for 8-10 hrs up and down the east coast.
I fail to see the attraction. Lame T-shirt company bike IMO.
Formula: Let's take a catalog frame, catalog bags, catalog fairing and put it together with a shirt company logo on it and voila! A $50k bike. What a joke. I'd rather have CVO anything and spend $10k in improvements and still have $$ left over for a sport bike. Someone will like it, but not me. |
The pictures are too funny, like P Sr is going to do actual work putting the bike together...LMAO!
$54k and made by THOSE bozos??? shoot, I'd be afraid it would fall apart before I got 10k on it... never mind 100k..... at THAT price the CVO Road Glide, is cheap.....
You could slap the OCC label on a turd and some jacknutz would buy it. they should have stayed making clown bikes.

If anyone who watched their show would realize just how little engineering these guys do.
They just slap sh$t together in my opinion....and don't have a clue if it's right or not. |
I liked the look and sent an email a couple of months ago about price and such, never heard back from them, they can keep their crap,I'm happier with my Harleys

after watching the shows the way they cut corners who would by a bike from occ?
That thing is UGLY.
Sorry guys, but they have the last laugh..............all the way to the bank. Their S&S Tribute bike is on the cover of the November issue of American Iron.
I think it looks nice. I wouldn't buy one though. As many have mentioned it's overpriced and parts would not readily be available.
if they cut corners on there t.v. theme bikes, imagine what happens on a production bikes
And what were they thinking on that right side exhaust. That pipe all by itself must be the only 'custom' part on the bike. And it's ugly where they put it anyway. Blah............. NO BUY!
saw the yellow bike in american iron today glad to see rick get a chance to shine.
Talk about a puke-o-matic.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Someone take the crayons away from Corbin and Arlen Ness. (And Willy G. while your at it) Tim |
I seem to hate almost everything Corbin. The fairing is cheap looking and very ugly IMHO, and I never have warmed up to the look of Beetle Bags. They are also very expensive.
I have seen SGs on this forum that utterly blow the looks of that bike away. Perhaps there should be an HDForums section at some of these shows, so you guys that put your hearts in your bikes can get some well deserved recognition. Heck, that might even get me out to one of these events to check em out. spiz |
