I am about to change the fuel filter and in-tank hoses (2003 RKC). The dealer's parts catalogue only shows the Pump to Filter Hose (Qty 2 ?). Can anybody confirm that the Fuel Regulator to Tank hose is the same part number as the Pump to Filter hose? Thanks

 

They are not the same hose. From the regulator to tank it includes the quick disconnect piece on the outside of the tank. Of course, I'm assuming it's the same as on an Ultra. I don't have the P/N now, but can get it for you tomorrow.

 

Thanks for your reply Captain. I think that the hose with the quick disconnect is the external hose. The hoses that I am questioning are the two internal tank convoluted hoses.

 

PN# 61001-01 is the fuel filter kit which contains 62357-00 (fuel hose, pump to filter, 200mm) if that helps.

 

Thanks Dawg. I have ordered the kit but I also wanted to change the other hose as well (Press Regulator to tank), due to the chaffing issue. I guess I'm confused because the parts catalog pictorially,only shows the pump to filter hose.

 

The check valve body assembly is 61408-00A, but I'm not sure if that has the hose or not. I'm not in a position to check as I am at my "other" job
