Lots of companies refuse to give out schematics even if you offer to pay. I would call again and see if you can speak to a supervisor. Just curious though, what do you need the schematic for?. There used to be other companies that offered repair manuals like SAMS PhotoFacts. I used to repair CB's back in the day.....
The entire ubit is one...CB,WB,AM-FM, CD and the CB...if a drive belt to the CD snaps, a replacement is pretty easy, but a schematic would be nice...also, as you know, a peak and tweak using legal methods is possible using a schemnatic.
However, Radiosound and HD charge a $175 bench fee for out of warranty repairs (not to mention leaving a gaping hole in your inner faring for months as it is sent out).
