Default 09 RK - Transmission Lubricant?

I am approaching the 1k service on my 09 RK. I plan synthetic for the engine but what should I use for the transmission? Choices are:

HD Transmission Lubricant
HD Synthetic engine oil
Mobil 1 Synthetic gear lubricant.
Bel-Rey Gear Saver

I suspect any of these would provide adequate lubrication protection for a duffer-driven HD in a moderate climate. The transmission shifts okay with the original factory fill, but I would like quieter gears.

What would you suggest??

Thanks, Eric

I went with the Mobile 1 synthetic 75-140 for my 09 tranny and it's great. I have 2500 miles on it since I put it in, the shifts are much smoother and quieter, plus my bike had a noticeable 5th gear whine and you can don;t even notice it now. When I got my bike dyno'd they ask me what type fluids I was running and when I told them they said I made a very good choice. I run the Mobile 1 V-twin 20-50 synthetic in the motor and primary.

That has been discussed a lot here. It's a personal preference. I use Redline Shockproof. The local HD mechanics in the shop use it in their personel bikes. They keep it in stock for customers who ASK for it when doing an oil change. Go figure.

I would use a good synthetic gear oil. Amsoil, Redline, Mobil. Your choice. The 20W50 motor oil is basically the same viscosity, but I think a gear oil would be better for the transmission.

Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 is what I used at the 1,000 mile service. My last bike had 92k on it and had never had a problem with that same oil.
