I think a 2 in 1 exhaust would look OK on a custom but not on a Classic.

I do have the beach bars and I really like the looks of them for all the Road Kings. Harder to ride with in slow tight turns, but worth it for me.

The shorter shocks look great, but are a lot firmer on long rides.

It would be no big deal to add a Classic windshield on the custom if you do decide to travel.

If you like whitewalls, then you would like the classic better. Don't be afraid of the spoke wheels, they don't take that much extra care, at least not for me and mine look great. If you like black walls, man the custom looks great with those chrome wheels.

Is the custom yellow? Get the Custom. If not then flip a coin.

Love my '05. I'll have to post a pic. Lots of add on's including factory cruise control and Ohlins shocks and Fatts paint matched saddle bags. It's a fun bike.

09 trumps anything earlier, i like the custom bags too, these are viking, fat boy front fender, its a classic 09, abs, cruise, I have a room full of stuff I took off it.
