dawg doe's that kit have the newer style chains i.e single roller vs silent chain if so
it has to have new gears I would love to see a picture of the kit

'02-'06 does have the newer single roller.The '99-'01 have the old style silent chain.
The H-D P/N is 25284-08

The '06 Dyna has the newer '07 setup. All other pre -'06 touring models have the the old style tensioners as pictured below on my '06 'Lectraglide. The second pic is Andrews repacement Kit Installation Kit: Conversion Cams: '99-'06 Engines to '06-'07 Roller Chains

which also had 2 tensioners,

Bad wording on my part...I was refering to the chains in the kit. Not the chains as they are stock.

It never hurts to look.This is my '07 front tensioner at 24000kms. Also replaced gerotors and spring. There was some scoring on the sides and gears were not even close to .080 proud of pump.

Andrews kit but I did not want to have to buy cams. This kit is what I want

So you can use any of the 00-06 cams (andrews, woods, etc) with this kit right?

What special tools would one need to install the HD kit? Also, can someone provide part #'s for the adjustable push rods and any gaskets needed to do this upgrade.
