150 will NOT fit without MODS. I have a 2002 RK and having this same convo on a different thread. 140 will fit no mods, rear. I also have the 120 70 21 on front love it and runs and feels fine.
I have a 2003 RK and am wondering if a 16x5" will fit on my rear? If not what doni have to do to make it work with no problems... I do 3-4 day rides at a time and go through almost 2 tires a year so I need it reliable...

The problem that we have with the 03 bikes and rear tires is the 1 1/2 " drive belt. Gary
If you're prepared to make the change, a 1 1/8" belt will fit, with a suitable rear wheel pulley (front will be fine). That gives more room for a 150 tyre.
I have a 130/70 up front on my 18" and a 160/70 on my 17" rear.
