Got hold of my brother tonight, he went out to his garage and measured for you:
They are 21 inches in length across the top, its 7 1/2 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. He said the lid adds to the height, its slightly 'bubbled' at the front, making the bag deeper.

I asked about capacity and he laughed. And I quote: "Tell him is holds 12 per side, plus ice"!!! Brothers, what a girl to do????
