My brother has an 07 RK Police. The RK version also has a tach. I have ridden this bike bout 7000 miles and that seat is very comfy. Utopia makes a matching backrest that I installed on it last month - http://www.utpr.com/policeseat.html th. He already had the matching passenger pillion and passenger backrest/luggage rack. My Bro said the backrest made it VERY comfy. You don't have to use the clutch to start his in N.

I think so, too. I still enjoy riding it locally in Oregon. Nice to cruise without the windshield sometimes.

ALL 103s came with automatic compression releases even 2007s as does my 2007.

the police owners manual clearly states ALL 103s come with ACR.

AND i still have the original starter. it has not been EATEN up yet.

Some of the first '07s did not come with the ACR. They then had a bulletin or recall and updated those with Screamin Eagle parts.

Head is correct. I bought my 2007 flhtp new and it was recalled to install the ACR on Police 107. Differences include Screamin Eagle heads and special Police cams that are slightly different than the Screamin Eagle cams. I have put 78,000 miles on it now and the only Harleys that can pull away from me on the hi way are the CVO 110’s.

You’re correct. 103” came in the ‘07’s. Difference’s other than that, really come down to what options your department orders. We always kind of joke (not really a joke) that we always get the scrap parts. There’s always some problem that plaques our bikes. ‘05’s, the brake pads were falling off! It used to be, that we always got run flats. But that is no more. They sucked anyway. Our bikes aren’t any faster, and in a lot of cases, are slower due to weight and EPA restrictions we are bound to.
