Default Need rear axle torque specs! 07 flhx

I removed my rear wheel and had it powder coated. I had an Elite 3 tire and new bearings installed. I am now ready to re install, but have a couple of questions first. How tight do I want to make the belt before tightening the axle nut? How much torque do I want to apply to the axle nut? I have read different posts that say between 60-100 lbs. That seems like a pretty big window. Is this torque spec model specific?

Torque spec on my '07 FLHTC is 95-105 ft/lbs......I torque a little tighter though about 110 ft/lbs. I believe the spec for the belt tightness is 3/8-5/16 in. deflection...
