Default 05 Ultra Starter Removal

Battery Neg removed. Jack Shaft bolt, washer and keeper removed. Mounting bolts removed, electrical leads removed. So how do you "finagle it" out, no room to move outward and up. Factory manual don't give any advice, just remove? Have true dual exhaust and removed rear pipe to ease removal and install. Factory manual says it can be done with "stock rear exhaust in place. There has to be a trick and I don't know it. Thanks

I dont remember there being any tricks. I would go over everything again and make sure you have all the mounting bolts out.
