Had a chance to see the Big Purple Flake/Brilliant Silver in person at the local dealer on a Street Glide this weekend. By far the best of the three custom colors this year. At a glance at the fairing walking by I thought it was the Vivid Black/Pewter Pearl offered on the EG Classic and realized it was actually a Street Glide which didn't come in the Black/Pewter. The purple is that dark. Even inside it popped. Imagine in the sun it is blinding.

 

I haven't seen this color combo in person yet and, perhaps, I shouldn't.

 

I am not a fan. Too girly for my taste.

 

Saw one a couple of weeks ago.i will agree with you that it looked great.the flake in it is just awsome.the only thing i didn't care for was the light purple pinstripe.that was just too purple for me,other thanthat it looked great

 

+1 .....too '70's metalflake that came on ski boats. Each to their own I suppose.

Saw an Ultra in that color 2 Saturdays ago at ***'s HD in Mansfield, Pa. Didn't care too much for it either.

 

I'm waiting to pick up my SG in the BP/Silver combo. Haven't seen it but looking forward to it.
