Default 09 touring swingarms hold water

OK, so I rode a couple hundred miles in the rain, water dripped out of my swingarm for a week, now my belt guard is covered in rust, couple weeks later...rode in the rain...same thing, my brothers 09 also does the same thing, we are getting the moco involved in this one, could be dangerous down the road, after they rust from the inside out.

I'll bet theres a "weep" hole that's plugged with paint or weld?
Can't believe the MOCO wouldn't anticipate that. Basic stuff.
The dealer will be instructed to drill a bigger hole - simple fix.

Rode in the rain here all winter (fricken weathermen!). I haven't noticed this on mine. Do you have any pics? I would like to take a look in case I missed something.

This is where the radiator for the new H20 Glide is going, you're road testing it's capabilities .

Yes, it holds water and then leaks rusty water down the side of the bike, rim, and stuff.

We haven't experienced that with Terrie's Street Glide and I'm damn glad! I just laid new carpet in there a couple of months ago.

New carpet?
Park the bike in the living room?
