Agree with all the above, and would add one small tip that I got from this forum,
Stretch some socks over the aux lights or you scratch the fairing on the way out, works a treat

And put a spiral binder on your manual when you get it. Makes things alot easier.

Manual is really worth it weight in gold.
I would recomend everyone getting before you buy chrome. If anything just to understand how your bike works.
Also cover your front fender.

Be aware that removal of the last two screws will allow the fairing to fall onto your fender unless someone is there to hold it.

remove the center one on the windshield last. That way you can keep it from dropping.

And be sure to cover the fender with a sheet or towel and the Auxiliary lamps with a pair of socks....
