Bad tire?

Bad tire?
Low speed stability has become wobbly and the ability to hold a line through sweepers seems somewhat diminished. A broken cord in the front tire is my guess. Anybody experience this ?

Check the side wall for a bulge. Had a Metzler on by T-sport develop a bulge on the sidewall last week end. Ended up wobbling 100 miles to home. Only had 1K miles on it. It was from Brazil and have heard of problems with Brazil made metz's

You say the tire has 10k on it? The front tire on my RG starts to show a bit of uneven wear when it gets up in mileage like that. Depending on the bikes mileage I would also look at the swingarm bolt/bushings and the preload on the steering head bearings. Wheel bearings could also be checked for play. Good luck & safe ridin.
