I will join the chorus of folks who rave about HogTunes customer service.
I had an issue with a speaker included with HT's fairing lower speaker kit (FLSK 0914). I PM'ed PEZ on a Friday afternoon and within two minutes he phoned me for my shipping address; held the UPS guy so he could get the speaker to me pronto (even though I didn't ask for any special service); and, I had the speaker in hand by Wednesday.
What was also amazing to me was I offered to return the speaker that had an issue and PEZ said that wasn't necessary, and shipped the new speaker instantly.
By the way, the Hog Tunes tweeter pod and fairing lower speaker kit work great and a bargain for the $$$ when ordered direct from HT.
I just installed the lower fairing and amp kit along with new speakers for the stockers on my EG Standard. The sound is amazing so far. I will hook up the tweeters tomorrow and give you some feedback. I have bombarded Pez with a lot of questions and he really does a great job answering all of them quickly and with the patience of a saint.
Just another bump for Pezz... i was about to order on ebay or through other dealers till I calles directly to the MAN. Pez is great to deal with and will give you a great price over the phone. I am willing to pay a touch more for great customer service. Ordered on a Tuesday parts by Friday. I did the lowers and the new for the fairing. ROCKS.
