Default Klock Werks Flare Windshield

Does anyone out there have the Klock Werks Flare Windshield? I was wondering if it lives up to the hype?

Great for the street and around town, not so much for touring..Too much head turbulence above 65 mph for me.
I'm 5'8" on an 07 Ultra, Mustang seat.

Wanna buy mine?? (lightly used...superb discount...excellent condition...)

I ended up cutting down the stock shield instead.

I went with the 3.5 shield. Not to much on wind deflection but it looks evil. If I didn't want wind in my face... I'll take the truck out Go for it.

You need to go tall for the "clean air" to blow over your head.
Bought the 8" and the blast hit me right in the face.
Tried a buddy's 12", I could still see over it and it rattled the top of my head. Never tried a 16".
They do provide a downforce which I did notice.
I finally went with Harley's SE windshield and I get all the "clean air" I can handle for runs and short trips.
I use the stock windshield for trips with the wife.

You don't say what kind of bike you have but judging by your screen name I'm thinking it is for a batwing, I have the 6.5" KW.

I am 5'10" with the stock SG seat and lowered 1" below stock in the rear. Mine works for me. There is some buffeting but it is pretty benign (not the kind that affects your vision and ablility to focus properly). I did a trip recently with 600 miles or so of 75-85 mph interstate and I was fine with it.

The short ones aren't bad if you're into that look, but the taller ones are wavy like a potato chip. Much prefer the Clearview or just a cut down stocker.

I have the 8 inch on my Road Glide and I love it. I do get a little buffeting, but not too bad. I just lean forward a little when I really start twisting the throttle! I'm 6'2" with a C&C seat (which probably sits me another inch and a half lower).
