I guess a 65 pan, an 02 RoadKing, and an 04 SEEG just aren't enough. It's an addiction..Had the dealership put a hold on an 06 Cobalt Blue StreetGlide this morning. Spent the evening going through the catalogue picking out the new parts I want with it.
The blacked out front end looks good and would cost me about $550.00. That's sliders, soup cans, fairing skirt, engine guard and blk floating rotors. I like this better than the chrome front end..
The big bore, high compression pistons, pushrods, S&S 510 gear drive cams, high flow, Sert, oil cooler and Sampson Rolled Thunder exhaust will cost me about $1900.00.
Got some other goodies that can wait till later. Will be driving to Pa the end of next week to pick it up... Bringing the parts home to put on myself....
Anybody suggest any must have parts on a Street glide?
and a question: Are the front and rear suspension both lowered on the StreetGlide or just the rear?
a Corbin seat....chrome oil line...passenger foot boards...360 adj peg mount...throttle rocker...6" smoke windshield...detachable backrest & docking kit...just to name a few....IMO, the SG is nice, i am trying not the guild a lilly
