When people say "drain from all three plugs", what are the 3 plugs?
 
Do they mean the 2 in the oil pan (transmission and oil) and the 1 in primary?

Yes two in drain pan, one in primary.

Yes, one on the oil pan, one on the trans pan, and one for the primary.

This doesnt show the Primary drain, but it works :D
