2012 Softail Classic for a New Street Glide

I won't attempt a guess, however, I was in a similar situation. Obviously, best thing is to sell it yourself. If that doesn't work, take your Heritage to different dealers and see which one will give you the best deal. Checked several dealers within a 25 mile radius with no luck. Then I found one that would give me a deal that I could live with (that dealer is 70 miles away). And yes, it cost me money, but it just depends on your financial situation and how bad you want that Street Glide.

I traded a 2011 Deluxe with 1100 miles on it for a 2012 FLHX. I ended up having to bring $5K plus my title. I paid $17,800 for the Deluxe in August of 2010, and I think is was given $16K for it in October of 2011......BUT, my Deluxe was black and white with 14" Carlini apes, and a whole mess of other mods.....they sold it in 1 day. I have to assume that you'd probably get $15K for your bike then figure the FLHX being around $21K out the door.....
