It should work with any garage door opener. The receiver has two wires on it that connect to the two screws that the inside push button goes on.
When the receiver is activated it closes a connection just like the inside push button does.
Most of today's garage door openers have three screws for connect system wires.
One is for the push button the next is a common and the third is for the safety sensors.
If the screws aren't marked cut a short wire and strip the ends. touch the bare wires to two screws. When you find the two screws that cause the door opener to operate, that is the two screws you want to connect the receiver too.

Yes , Issues....mine quit working. I checked the out put of the onboard transmitter with at key fob tool I use at work in the auto dealership; very strong out put.....SO,. the unit connected to the garage opener motor receiver is not working.
A year ago it quit working and I had to relearn it and I started working again, this time It will not. IMHO.......one heck of a product when it worked, very poor quality and didn't last. I hope it's just my unit and not typical, I sure liked using it.

heard they work well but I did mine for 5$ and a 1/2 hour of my time with a small push button switch and my extra GDO.
Solder a wire on both sides of the micro push button on the circuit board. Run those to a momentary switch. Solder wires to the battery terminals and connect to 12 volt power source. program to the operator. Done.
There's one in the fairing of the below pictured Road King.
