New Engine issue's Need Help.......

Guys,
I just got done putting my top end back together. New heads, cams, pucs rods and throttle body. When I first started it up I notice some slight valve noise in the rocker box area. I also noticed that my oil pressure was 35psi at idle. I gave it roughly 25 seconds but the noise and oil psi stayed steady. I lowered my push rod tubes lookoing for oil and the rods are dry. I suspect no oil is getting to the top end. Any thoughts?

gasket blocking oil port? "gunk" blocking oil port?

What gasket could do this? The cam plate has two o rings..

My first thought is that you didn't prime your lifters, but had you not done that you would hear more than a "slight valve noise." A lifter that isn't primed will awaken the dead. OP of 35psi at idle doesn't sound excessive to me when the oil is cold, although I don't recall what it is on my bike, and aftermarket cams with higher lift will be noisier than stock--so maybe what you're hearing is normal. What cam set did you install?

My previous post was intended to induce though; I was only trying to toss out ideas to get the brain churning, think about things that 'could' be causing the issue(s). I am by no means, a mechanic nor wrench...and I don't even play one on TV or the Internet.
