Question, Will a CVO or any other HD 19 inch rim and tire, ie Enforcer and Agitator Rims fit a stock front fender on a '14 Limited without fender risers?
My friend has a CVO with a factory 21 and another that has a factory 19. The 21 rides closer but the fender looks like the same as the one on my 20 SG.

yes. the overall diameter of the 19'' tire is virtually identical to the other stock sized tires.
