Which helmet for HD headsets?

Just curious what helmet works well with the HD headsets. I currently have a Shoei 3/4 helmet with neck curtain and I can't see the speakers or mike working well with this. What are you guys using ? Or if using a half helmet, how do you mount the speakers and mike?

Thinking about a winter helmet and a summer helmet but which?

Thanks for your help

I use a Fulmer 3/4. It comes set up for headsets.

I use a 3/4 hjc carbon fibre helmit with removeable visor/faceshield. Has nice room inside the ear area for the speakers to fit without putting pressure on the ears. I kinda look like a highway patrol when using the visor with the mike attached to the left part of the ear.covering.

I have a SHOEI RJ-Platinum R. You would do well to ditch the P.O.S. H-D headset and buy the J&M "Performance Series (remember to select the PHD 98 Harley lower cord)" for your audio / comms pleasure. You will be highly appreciative of the better audio quality!

This is what I have in both my 3/4 SHOEI and my Modular SHOEI and the audio quality is substantially better than the stock H-D.

The Stock H-D 'will' work, but is not very good in comparison!
