Default True Duals

I have rhinehart slip ons on my 08 Ultra and was lookin to add some volume and power by adding on some true duals. Can anyone out there tell me of some true dual pipes that would work with the slipons I already have? Any input and or websites would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think the Rinehart TD headpipes will work with your basic Rinehart slipons. The Rinehart TD system is 2 inch at the flange due to their stepped header system. Your Rinhart slip-ons are 1 3/4 if you are currently using your 08 stock headpipes. I do believe that V & H makes a quality TD headpipe system that will work with your current Rinehart slip-ons.

Unless something has changed in the last year, the Rinehart slip-on mufflers are 1 3/4 at the headpipe and the Rinehart True Dual Mufflers are 2 inches at the headpipe. If your current Rinehart slip-ons are connected to your stock 08 headpipes, they WILL NOT work with the Rinehart True Dual Headpipes without some kind of custom modification.

Ah yes, forgot about that part where Rinehart sticks it to ya and makes you get the whole shabang. As Clint stated, V&H should work for ya. We just put a set of V&H dual headpipes on petemac's bike when he was up for his 95 conversion.

I have Samson true dual pipes (with S&S ovals), so that is an alternative.

I put the V&H true duals with my existing SPO mufflers on my Road King a few years ago. The volume went up and the low end torque went down. I wouldn't say massive amounts but both were noticeable. A good tuner can take out most of the torque loss if you want, or feel the need, to spend the money.
