Default HD Bulb Chart P/N Conversion

I am looking for a HD light bulb part number conversion chart for my 2009 SG. I did a number of searches online and did not find a conversion chart. The owners manual list HD part numbers for all the bulbs on the touring models. That is great, but does not work at Advance Auto parts. I want to pick up some spare bulbs and do this without removing half the bulbs on the bike to verify the bulb type.

Also, on a stock 2009 SG what type of headlight bulb does HD install on the bike?

Caveman.

Headlamp bulb is an H4
Front turns should also be running lights so they will be 1157 bulbs
Rear turns are turns only so they will be 1156 bulbs
Brake lamp depends on if you have an LED setup or just a bulb.

1157 or 1156
One is a single element for the rear, the other is a dual element for the front.
H4 is the headlight.
I think the brake light is one of the 1156 or 1157's.

If I have the rear turns as running, turn, brake, should I use 1157s?

Only if you changed the sockets and wiring. If you are using a simple plug and play module, then the use the stock bulb.
