Third time's a charm...I hope
 

I'm taking my 09 ultra back to the dealer (different one this time) to get the radio looked at. It has already been replaced once. This time the problem is that the sometimes the front speakers or rear or both will just stop working, the stereo display is on and all controls still function just no sound. I've checked fuses, battery connections and all are good. I can turn the stereo off and then back on and it sometimes works and sometimes not. At times it will go for fifty miles with no problem and other times it won't go 50 feet without acting up. Anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do about it?

So far no problems with my radio. Now that I posted here, it won't work this weekend now. What did you have it replaced for the first time?

the volume level fluctuated wildly the first time, the dealer that did that service is reluctant to do anything else so I'm going somewhere else.
