2010 CVO 110" Fuel Moto Dyno Testing & Tuning info
This week Fuel Moto tested the 2010 CVO Screamin Eagle Street Glide 110" model. We started with a complete evaluation of the completely stock bike and then swapped out the stock headpipe with the Jackpot 2/1/2, replaced the mufflers with Jackpot Dyno Tuned mufflers, and added the PC-V and did a full dyno tune. In stock form the 110" motor is pretty strong and shows good potential, it makes about 19Hp/22Tq more than the standard 96" motor and approx 17Hp/16Tq more than the 103" motor in the Limited and Police model as tested on our dyno. From the dyno charts below there are very good gains on the 110" bike by replacing the headpipe and mufflers along with EFI tuning as it gained 12Hp/16Tq from these straight forward mods. This combination also removed the stock torque dip from 2700-3500 RPM where with the Jackpot headpipe and mufflers made +23Tq in this area which can be seen in the comparison chart. This testing was done on the same day over a 4 hour period in controlled conditions.

Yes, there would certainly be excellent gains from a cam change. We do not have any 110" cam testing scheduled at them moment. We do have some cam packages for the 96" bike

Our 2/1/2 headpipe works on 2009 and 2010 bikes and has both sets of O2 sensor bungs. The 18MM bungs allow you to use Wideband sensors for various tuning platforms, for use on the dyno, and they accept the stock 09 sensors as well. The 12mm bungs accept the stock 2010 sensors. We also have 12 and 18mm bung plugs which are prices at $12.00 per set.
