Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I've made a lot of DIY tools for working on my friend's bikes and mine. With a little imagination anything can be made. Here is a fork spring compressor I made with some leftovers and a little time. It works like a champ and breaks down for easy storage. I figure it can be made for under $20. Yeah I know, I'm cheap.
