Well that makes sense, since I have have the 255 cams and they do exactly what you where looking for in a cam. For the short money I have in them they are the best mod I have done to date.
Thanks for clarifying things, as it just didn't sound like the report from a typical 255 owner. I'm not familiar with the 570's but there isn't much you can put in a stock 88" that will not adversely affect the low-end. The 96" is an easier pick since it has more compression (9.2 vs. 8.8) and the 103" is even better at 9.6.
yeah I had a good experience with the andrews 48h in the 96 although turned out to be a fiasco getting it tuned right. I guess the combination of the cam and that particular exhaust (thunderheader) is not a good combination for that motor.
The 254e in this 103 is incredible to me. This recliner on wheels is now actually fun to ride! :-)
