Will the P52164-10 Low seat fit my 2008 electra glide????
My seats stitching is starting to split and I wouldn't mind sitting a little lower !

I'm going to go with no , the frame changed in 09 , so I'm guessing the new design with only work with this seat , 09 - newer .

 

If your gas tank has a tab sticking out where the front of the seat is then most likely it will fit.

 

I know I have the in between year for changes but I see so many different seats being used on this year bike! Does anyone with an 08 know for sure????,

 

 

The area in your picture looks just like my 2009 and I have a low seat from a 2017 Streetglide on it so you are probably good

 

I have a reach seat from 2015 SG on my 2008 ultra.
The seat frames did change but an09 and latter will work just fine well till 2017 I think.
An 2008 seat on a 09 or latter will show a bit much of frame, most don't care for that.
