If its 08/under you need only 2 docking points, which is the 2nd half of the 4 point docking hardware, and be a PAIN to do. Most people refer to the 2 point docking hardware as the front two for the sissy bar or SOLO tour pak. If its an 09/up I'm pretty sure the 4 pint docking hardware is your best way to go, and is a simple bolt on. As for the $$$$$ are you asking cost on docking kits or cost for dealer install?

Just wondered what the final cost for all parts and maybe what labor, didn't know if it takes a couple of hours or if you could do it yourself. Thanks....

The docking hardware is either 4 or 6 bolts, if you can take the saddle bags off you can put on the 4 point docking hardware.

I've currently got a King Tour-Pak at the painter. I will be installing it on my RKC with a solo quick release setup. The docking hardware is already mounted that was used for a passenger backrest. I just order the solo quick release mount 53260-02 today.
