2011 Sturgis rally

I stayed at Katmandu campground this year and it was pretty cool. It's only one exit down from Sturgis...
For 2011 I'm staying at Big Pine Campground in Custer. I found that staying close to Sturgis was not that big of a deal. The parties are in the campgrounds or at the Chip and not downtown Sturgis. Downtown was like Daytona main street... tame with lots of 5.0. Not that I have anything against the Cops. There were really cool to everyone.
The real fun is down in the Black Hills. The riding anyway.

Stayed at Katmandu as well and while the campground was nice and I would stay there again, it was no big deal being close to town. I was not impressed with the night life in town, just a lot of people wondering around aimlessly.
Stayed a night in Keystone and hung out on the main drag having a few drinks and it was a blast.
