Check Motorcycle Anchor, They have 82 Degree Tire Valves that actually screws onto the wheel and last a lifetime.. I have a set but living with the valve stems until the tires wear out in the next 2, 000 miles or so ..

Dawg...what do you mean "Put an angle valve on it"? the valve stem comes with the tube. I have never seen a air valve configuration that screws or attaches to the stem and angles out at a 90. If you have, let me know where please. |
I'll have the angled installed to the right side when the tires are replaced but for now the small 30 deg air chuck and right angle gauge works for me.

filling issues
Went to homedepot purchased the smallest fill head they had and the flex rubber filler assy works great as long as you dont try to fill tires at 12:00

Forgot to add Harbor Freight has some really inexpensive attachments also and compressors

Just make sure the valve stem is at the bottom, lay down, put in air, get up, ride off.

On a serious note, use a tire gauge that has a hose and 90 degree air chuck on it like this one you can get from the dealer for $29.95 http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US. If you have your own air compressor put a 90 degree air chuck on that hose also.
When checking and inputting air in the front tire use your finger to gently push the top of the valve stem out the side of the rim just enough to get the chuck on. Once you do it a few times there's nothing to it. |

Does anyone else have a problem putting air in their Ultra tires? I just got an 09 Ultra classic and the wheels have multiple small arches about 2 inches wide, and maybe 3 high, between those..and the brake rotors, I cant get an airline in there to put air in my front tire. I can barely get an air gauge in there. If anyone has a solution to this, besides getting new wheels, I'd love to hear. The last time I tried, I spent about 10 minutes at it and prob lost air instead of getting into the tire..
