Default Cut em' or Not V H 's

Ok everyone what your opinion?
I have true duals Van Hines, And mine are very loud and I like it. But the reason they a so loud is had a little baffel removal done when dyno was done to help get them to breath a little better and give more Hp with the new 95" work.

Now with the original cross over pipes and some slip ons the Hp was right up there with the Torque. I was thinking, instead of putting the original pipes on with some Rush slip ons, Could I just cut those very exspensive VH's and keep the duals and just add slip on them. What you think. I always believe there are no stupid questions.

Callie, your saying the rush slips dont fit on the V&H duals? What muffs do you have on the duals?I had the slash cut slips with mine.Changed out to thundercones for a deeper sound.

I see you have the "shots",it should'nt be a problem as long as you measure up correctly and cut the shields smooth. Are you sure the slips will fit over the dual head pipes? If so let the sparks fly!
