O man, your bike looks sick! I was thinking about shimming the brackets for the bags out to make room for the lids and have them not hit the seat. But it sounds like an aftermarket seat will be more comfy for both me and my rider. Ill keep my eyes open on ebay. Thanks again guys for all your help!

Duckbill doesn't bother me but i installed a quarter fairing on my 2005 flhrsi and that did send a knife edge wind blast right into my face.
