Boom Headset Problem

Boom Headset Problem
I'm on my second Boom Headset and it doesn't work on my '09 SEUC. Returned the first one for the same issue...salesman tried it on a new bike in the showroom and it didn't work. Is there some setting I need to activate? I've tried Intercom and CB volume with no luck. Rear jack doesn't work either. Radio software was upgraded. I'm stumped. Hope someone can help me out.

I just put mine together and plugged her in for the first time tonight not knowing what the hell I was doing at first. You may have already done this, but the speaker switch needs to be all the way in the up (forward) position. I was impress with the sound of them when running my Ipod from the stereo to the head set.
