Never heard of them or remember seeing them before either until a few years back I started riding with my father-in-law and it seemed like alot of the club members have them.

No sales pitch here, just looked them up awhile back. Quoted it straight from the site.

I dont know why but the site keeps double posting when I hit the post button once. Ride safe....

Oh I didn't mean a sales pitch from you. Just in general.

They're good for chewing up the end of the clutch and brake levers.

The clips are heavy and chunky. Propelled at high speed at the end of a leather whip they can inflict significant damage to someones skull while keeping out of arms reach.

Just moved down here to New Mexico a while back and noticed a lot of riders here have these whips. Dont recall ever seeing them anywhere before so I too was curious. Not sure I would want one blowing back banging into me or my bike. Have to agree with earlier posts that using one of these on a cager might incite a road rage incident or shooting. Yeah there have been some punks I would have liked to crack a windshield or two but like was said before, never know anymore who has a 9mm tucked down in the seat next to them. I see a lot of the Banditos, a local 1% club that have these whips.
