best service department in nashville tn area
 

new to bikes havent had any dealings with service deparmants which dealership has the best one

I bought my bike at C&S (Bost) and they've been pretty good and when they haven't they've fixed the problem. (Replaced a scratched bag)

Bumpus in the Boro does all of my service work and does a fantastic job. And I'm only 10 min from Coolsprings HD. What does that tell you?

Bought mine from Boswell on Fesslers Lane just off I24. They've done all my work and I'm pleased with them so far. Called the other day about 5k service and they said bring it in and they'd get on it, not booked up right now (that was just before Memorial Day). I really like their parts guys.

I don't live in the area but two years ago I was on a road trip with my son. He smoked the clutch and Boswell's on Fesslers Lane had us in & out in 3 hours. I'm sure they moved us to the front of the line because we were traveling. They also have a restaurant in the dealership that's rated one of the top 10 in Nashville, so that's a plus.

Same trip, next day. My son broke a throttle cable. Bumpus in Murfreesboro had us back on the road in an hour. Cute girl in the service dept, rides a pink Buell.

Bumpus we were down there 2 yrs ago and friend had some work done at Bumpus and did a great job......

Boswells is tops. Bumpus in the Boro is good as is C&S. I wont step foot in Cool Springs, but I have had pretty good luck with Columbia HD.

Stay away from Cool Springs HD's service department. Nuff said!
