Several tons running over and 800 pound bike, the odds stink. Crossing the center line and killing someone is homcide no matter how you look at it.
As sad as it is at least a ticket was written - many times here in Florida no ticket is written and regardless of fault the motorcycle rider is made to look like some way he\sje was at fault. It is so unfortunate.
