i say take her driving privaliges away and gas her she took a life and injured others. i dont care if he had a license or not u dont get the right to kill someone cuz they dont have a license. thats bullshit had it been me i would be in the joint right now or paying out the *** in fines and restotution. sorry got a little pissed i have seen this to many times and it getting old.

That is so wrong, how about vehicular homicide. This whole deal about cagers getting off with a minor infraction after killing a biker is bullsh_t. I just don't understand.
Maybe we should start mounting guns on the front of our bikes for cager protection. Just a wild thought.
Several tons running over and 800 pound bike, the odds stink. Crossing the center line and killing someone is homcide no matter how you look at it.

As sad as it is at least a ticket was written - many times here in Florida no ticket is written and regardless of fault the motorcycle rider is made to look like some way he\sje was at fault. It is so unfortunate.
